1. Mobile Application
A dedicated “Smart School” Mobile Application will be available with the school’s own name and branding. This mobile application can be used by school administrators, school management committee members, teachers, students, and parents, each with their own secure login ID.
Through the mobile application, the following features will be available:

School Administration:
The school can send student attendance, examination results, fee details under different headings, notices, and important information directly to parents. -
Teachers:
Subject teachers can send homework, mark student attendance, and enter examination marks through the mobile app. -
Parents:
Parents can view school notices, announcements, fee details, homework status of their children, mark sheets, and daily attendance. Parents can also send feedback, suggestions, or complaints to the school through the app. -
School Management Committee:
Members of the School Management Committee can monitor teacher and student attendance, review financial records such as the day book, and oversee overall school operations. -
Online Classes:
The system also supports conducting online classes through the mobile application.
